Our company specializes in a wide range of waterproofing projects. Our direct in-house team has over 30 years of experience, and we are a registered minor works contractor authorized by the Buildings Department (License No. MWC 138/2017). We use premium building materials and imported waterproofing products. Every project comes with comprehensive labor insurance, third-party liability insurance, and on-site safety management. Depending on the project type, we offer a free maintenance period of 1 to 10 years, ensuring our clients enjoy professional, reliable, and high-quality service with complete peace of mind.
Our services include:
Roof waterproofing (Torch-applied membrane / hot spray), concrete spalling repair, injection grouting for leak sealing, interior/exterior wall, window, and bathroom waterproofing, as well as waterproofing for elevator shafts, car parks, swimming pools, expansion joints, and restaurant kitchens. We also provide lightweight concrete raised platform construction.
We have successfully completed over a thousand projects for renowned restaurants (including Maxim’s Group, Fairwood, Café de Coral, Pizza Hut), residential estates, schools, and village houses.

Service Procedure
1. Initial Consultation >>

Respond to enquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp to understand the client’s needs.

Schedule an on-site inspection for accurate leak detection and site evaluation.
2. On-Site Inspection (Free of Charge) >>
- Conduct a complimentary site assessment and offer professional advice with multiple feasible solutions.
- Take detailed measurements and photos to document the actual conditions.
3. Quotation & Contract >>
- Provide a written quotation covering scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and price breakdown.
- Quotation valid for 14 days (or as agreed).
- Upon client’s acceptance, sign a formal contract before work begins.
4. Project Execution & Management >>
- All projects covered by workers’ compensation, public liability insurance, and on-site safety supervision.
- Carry out construction strictly according to the agreed quotation.
- Assign site supervisors for regular progress and quality checks.
- Handle all liaison with building management and obtain necessary permits.
- Dispose of construction waste legally and responsibly.
5. Project Handover & Aftercare >>

Conduct a final walk-through with the client to confirm satisfaction.
