For leaks at elevated locations, engage a qualified contractor to erect fireproof bamboo scaffolding or aluminium access towers to ensure safe working conditions at height.

Site Protection
Lay rubber mats, hollow boards, canvas sheeting, or other protective coverings to safeguard surrounding areas and finishes during the course of work.
Injection Nozzle Installation
Drill holes at suitable intervals along the identified cracks using an electric drill.
Insert injection nozzles (packers) to facilitate the subsequent injection of waterproofing material.

High‑Pressure Grouting
Utilise a high‑pressure grouting machine to inject waterproof expanding agents into the cracks, filling voids and sealing leakage paths.
Cleaning & Surface Restoration
Remove excess waterproofing material after injection.
Seal the grouting holes and restore the surface to its original condition, including plastering and painting as required.
