Defect Inspection & Marking
Use appropriate access equipment for close visual inspection of the affected areas.
Perform sounding (tap testing) on concrete surfaces to identify delaminated or spalled sections.
Record and mark all repair locations for precise execution.

Surface Preparation & Steel Reinforcement
Remove all loose or deteriorated concrete and debris.
Use electric grinders to clean corroded surfaces of exposed steel reinforcement bars.
Depending on the extent of damage, splice or supplement with new steel bars as needed to restore structural load‑bearing capacity.

Anti‑Corrosion Treatment
Apply anti‑rust oil and waterproofing agents to protect the reinforcement bars from future corrosion and extend their service life.
Plastering / Base Restoration
Apply lightweight rock filler in progressive layers, building up to a smooth and level finish.
Surface Finishing
Complete final finishing works according to the client’s specific requirements (e.g., texture, colour, or protective coatings).
